Med-EcoSuRe launches a consultation for the acquisition and installation of an electrical micro-grid for the production and management of distributed energy in Tunisia

As part of the Med-EcoSuRe project, the Mediterranean Renewable Energy Center (MEDREC) is proposing to launch a consultation for the acquisition and installation of a renewable energy microgrid infrastructure and the development of a software solutions platform for “energy management” and for the “creation and exchange of renewable energy certificates” to be deployed on the microgrid, within the National School of Engineering of Tunis, located on the Farhat Hached University Campus.

This full-scale infrastructure, combined with the proposed software solutions, will serve the objectives of demonstration, capacity building, research and innovation, and training for the various project stakeholders. It will also enable the testing of new renewable energy technologies for university buildings and the new concepts that accompany them, such as the Energy Management System (EMS), blockchain technology, renewable energy certificates, etc.

Companies wishing to participate in this consultation must request withdrawal of the consultation documents by sending a withdrawal request to the following address: contact@medrec.org

The deadline for receipt of offers is June 12, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., Tunis time.
