Med-EcoSuRe’s expected outputs include the development of action plans for higher education decision-makers, enabling the implementation of national (or regional) guidelines for the energy renovation of buildings, through the identification of energy-saving practices and appropriate financial instruments, while developing investment projects within the framework of the tools. Recommendations for improving existing regulatory and incentive frameworks, promoting the energy renovation of higher education institution buildings, will also be proposed, depending on the national context.

In this context, the Mediterranean Renewable Energy Center (MEDREC), coordinator of Med-EcoSuRe, is launching a call for proposals to select a national expert to develop an action plan and propose recommendations for the energy renovation of higher education buildings in Tunisia.

The deadline for the call for expertise is February 16, 2022.
