Med-EcoSuRe’s expected outcomes include the development of action plans for higher education decision-makers, enabling the implementation of national (or regional) guidelines for building energy renovation by identifying energy-saving practices and appropriate financial instruments, while developing investment projects within the framework of these tools. Recommendations aimed at improving existing regulatory and incentive frameworks that promote the energy renovation of higher education institution buildings will also be proposed, based on the national context.

In this context, the Mediterranean Renewable Energy Center (MEDREC), coordinator of Med-EcoSuRe, is launching a call for proposals to select a national expert to develop an action plan and propose recommendations for the energy renovation of higher education institution buildings in Tunisia.
