As part of the ICAPT (Implementing Climate-smart Agriculture Practices in Tunisia) project, the Mediterranean Renewable Energy Center (MEDREC) is proposing to launch a tender for the acquisition and installation of videoconferencing equipment within the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Fisheries (MARHP).

To this end, we request that you provide us with your best price offer in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements listed in the price list. Tenders must be submitted in sealed and anonymous envelopes (by post or hand delivery) to the MEDREC headquarters at the following address:

“MEDREC 03, Rue Moslem Ibn Alwalid, Notre Dame, Mutuelle Ville, Tunis – 1082”

and marked “DO NOT OPEN – CONSULTATION N°ICT02/2023 – Notice 2 – Acquisition and Installation of Videoconferencing Equipment – Communication within the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries”

no later than Monday, June 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. (Tunis time).

As the MEDREC registry office stamp serves as proof, only those bids received by MEDREC by the set deadline will be opened.

The offer includes the price schedule, the tender document, and the consultation documents, all completed, signed, and initialed.
